Purpose and Private Ownership

This is a private reference site. It has no authority to speak for Franklin County Jail, the Franklin County courts, the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, the Pennsylvania Parole Board, a federal agency, or an immigration authority. It stores no official inmate or release records. It cannot confirm a person's current custody, order a release, change a court file, submit an agency form for a visitor, or give official instructions.

The site points toward public-record resources and outside research services relevant to Franklin County. Pennsylvania agency access may be governed by the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101 through 67.3104, as well as exemptions and other law. A link does not make the linked record part of this site or change the agency responsible for it.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors must use the site and any information reached through it lawfully and without harming another person or the service. You agree that you will not:

• Use the site while committing or assisting an unlawful act
• Use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone
• Base a hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decision on site content
• Try to gain access to accounts, systems, or data without permission
• Operate bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools against the site
• Interfere with site operation or another visitor's access

No Consumer Reporting Services

Franklin County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide credit reports, background checks, consumer reports, or screening services. Its advertising and search partners are not presented as providing such services through this site. You agree not to use site content or search results for any FCRA-regulated purpose, including:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision
• Tenant selection, housing access, or lease decisions
• Creditworthiness, lending terms, or insurance premiums
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government program
• Any other decision regulated by the FCRA

Links and Outside Providers

Links may lead to release records, Franklin County Jail and court pages, Pennsylvania corrections or parole resources, government portals, legal-aid information, advertising, and third-party search services. Those destinations are independent. A link is not an endorsement. Franklin County Released Inmates does not control or accept responsibility for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, data handling, security, availability, or terms. Review the destination's rules before using it.

Service Provided As Is

The site, its text, and its functions are provided “as is” and “as available.” No express or implied warranty is made concerning:

• The accuracy, completeness, or current state of information
• Continuous or uninterrupted availability
• The absence of errors, bugs, or security weaknesses
• The scope or completeness of a partner's search results

Custody status, release data, court entries, and agency publication practices can change without notice. Nothing displayed here is an official statement from Franklin County, a sheriff, a jail, a court, PA DOC, the Parole Board, or another government agency. Confirm important details with the office that created the record.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Franklin County Released Inmates and its owners, operators, contributors, and service providers are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from access to the site, inability to use it, reliance on its content, or use of a linked service. This limit applies even when the possibility of loss was known.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Franklin County Released Inmates, its owners, operators, contributors, and service providers from claims, losses, obligations, damages, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

Ownership of Site Materials

Site text, original graphics, logos, page design, and code belong to Franklin County Released Inmates or its content and technology partners, unless a different owner is identified. Government records and linked agency material remain subject to their own ownership and access rules. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, modify, or create derivative works from protected site material without prior written permission.

Revisions to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be changed at any time to reflect new services, providers, law, or operating practices. Revised terms become effective when posted on this page. Continued use after posting means that you accept the revised version.

Suspension or Loss of Access

Access may be limited, suspended, or blocked at any time, for any lawful reason, and without advance notice. This includes action taken to protect the service, other visitors, service providers, or legal rights. Ending access does not cancel obligations that by their nature continue after use stops.

Pennsylvania Law Controls

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that must be filed in court shall be brought in a court of proper jurisdiction located in Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

If One Term Is Invalid

If a court with authority finds part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
